I was told by the shop the listed item was not available. I waited over a month to procure the item, which never happened despite my many email reminders. Additionally shop owner was very dismissive stating she was too busy to help me despite the fact that I had already paid her. Very unprofessional.

This is even more exquisite in person than I could have guessed from the picture. She did custom mini-combs on the sides so I can wear this with my veil. I nearly cried when I received it... by the way, on time and with great communication over the site--I always knew what the status was. Superb work.

Even though I ultimately returned the item, it was beautifully crafted just didn't go with my accessories. Jennifer was wonderful to work with.
