Hello. I am a relatively full-time educator of ceramics. I teach at Evanston Art Center in Evanston Illinois, Lillstreet Art Center in Chicago, St. Xavier University on the South Side, and College of Lake County in Grayslake. I try to spend most of my spare time in my tiny studio space at Lillstreet. I’ve been making since 1995 or so (my first ceramics class in HS). All of this work is made within the last couple of years.

My newest work tends to go to my galleries (Companion, In Tandem, Peters’s Valley, Lillstreet, and LUX Center For Art), so if you want to see the latest, please go to those!! I don’t want to be competition to my biggest supporters, so I’ll stick to the slightly older work and odds and ends here!

Returns and exchanges
Items can be returned, less shipping and $5 for my time (I think this is reasonable--It usually takes an hour out of my day to ship something). If something is damaged during shipping, let me know, and a full refund will be issued (the insurance thing should take care of it).

You are responsible for return shipping costs (this doesn't apply to broken things--you don't need to return those). I will insure the shipment to you. If you return something without proper packaging and insurance and it gets damaged, you are responsible for the cost of the item.

There is a $1 re-listing fee. I don't think it is fair for me to spend my time and pay to re-list an item when you just changed your mind willy nilly.
I will only ship an item that is paid for in full.
I will try to make the shipping as inexpensive as possible. Single items tend to be a little more per item than multiple. I will ship USPS Priority if I can, but some items won't fit in the pre-paid boxes. In those cases they will be sent UPS, at a sligtly higher rate. Combined orders (large orders) can be negotiated.

If you are outside the U.S., contact me and I will see what I can do for rates. I will find the least expensive option.

I don’t know how I could possibly use your information. It’s hard enough to get something listed on here. ;)
