My magnet was absolutely perfect. But the little bone with my pups name had broken in box while it was out for delivery. I was very upset but the shop honor is absolutely amazing and agreed to make me a whole new magnet. She is very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Will definitely order again. High quality magnet. Surprised by the effort put in to make it look like my fur baby! Slightly smaller than expected but I’m happy with the size. It would work great as a gift. It took approx 3 weeks for me to receive it.

This is the 6th and 7th ornament we’ve gotten from Emily, and I’m consistently blown away by her talent. Her attention to detail is amazing, down to the color of the dog’s nose and their specific markings. Each dog has turned out absolutely perfect, and each ornament captures the dog we were going for. She has always been extremely responsive and answered all my questions and requests. So glad I found her page a few years back
