This piece is so pretty!! The colors are even prettier in person and its very well made. It looks so great in our bathroom and is the perfect size to hold everything but not be too bulky to put on the edge of the bathroom sink. The shipping was also faster than expected- I needed it as a birthday gift for by boyfriend very last minute and richard was so kind and got back to me right away and shipped it immediately, and it even arrived early!

A lot bigger than I realized it would be, but it can be used for several different things. Beautifully made.

Great workmanship. Designed to be a bread baker and comes with some lovely recipes, but also works for a small Shepard pie. Plan to try a stuffed 'meatloaf' in it. Looks good, just sitting on the counter.

Perfect size for two or there serving casserole. Also good for making a small no knead bread with a crustier crust. Very pleased with workmanship.

The yarn bowl is absolutely fantastic! I love the craftsmanship evident in this piece! The glaze gives it a warm feel, the bowl feels well built, but not chunky. Love how the rim comes in at the top. Well thought through! Thanks for sharing your art!

This yarn bowl is absolutely a beautiful work of art. The bowl is a Christmas present for my mother, and I know she is going to love it! It was shipped very quickly which was a huge plus. Thank you ClaymorePottery for the wonderful gift.

Welcome to Bud1 pottery. I have always been fascinated by the eclectic nature of art or how looking, studying, and discussions with other artist can impact ones work. As a student of clay, I have investigated where ideas come from and spend nearly as much time tinkering in my sketch book as I do producing. I continually have ceramic magazines and books in hand in hopes of expanding my visual vocabulary.

My creative process might be limited to sitting in a room, looking around, and drawing 6 ideas from that room. It may begin with the shape of a shadow on the wall, an architechural detail, or a combination of forms found on items in the room. Concepts emerge as I visually brainstorm, modify, and allow ideas to evolve.

The building process is guided by a simple principle ... there is danger in overtouching the clay. I want my work to have a freshness and honesty where the viewer is lead to believe that I make it look easy. The imperfections, occasional blemishes, and distortions in the work is the result of being hand-made rather than robotically produced by a machine.
