There was an issue with a broken ornament from my initial order and the seller was fantastic to work with to obtain a replacement. The ornament was so cute for my daughter’s first Christmas and the perfect addition to our tree!

So adorable. I have one for my daughter from last year and this one is slightly different and blue for my newest addition - the faces are PRECIOUS and are each unique. I love it. The shop owner was so helpful and even opened up her shop for me out of season to send my last minute ornament. I am so appreciative and she really made this Christmas perfect. 10/10 recommend and would buy again from this shop.

It was perfect and just as expected!

This was a gift, so i wasn't able to put my hands on it. But, I got to watch a live feed on FB & watched it being opened, with the ahhhs & how cute it is. It was hung on the tree right away. I had it personalized & it was perfect! Communication with the seller was awesome! She put it a box and added my note before she mailed it and I really appreciated this!
