Everything you see in my shop is handmade by me.

Please let me know if you are purchasing an item as a gift and I will include a personalized card for the recipient.

Any free shipping promotions I may have applies to the first item on U.S. orders only. For overseas customers, I will give you a 15% discount on the purchase price (refunded at time of payment), in lieu of free shipping.

If your item has been damaged in transit, I will repair or replace it with a similar item of equal value if possible, upon receipt of the pictures of the item and packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.

**Payment Requirements
Payment through PayPal is expected within 3 business days. Any order that has not been paid for within 5 business days will be canceled.

PayPal is the only way I can accept payments. If you wish to pay by other method, please convo me through Etsy.

Items will be shipped AFTER payment has cleared.
Shipping
**Shipping Method
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post depending on the weight or FedEx ground depending on the cost to me. I usually ship within 1-3 Business days of purchase. I will ship to the address provided by PayPal, unless you provide a special request to ship to an alternate address.

**Shipping materials
I am conscious of the footprint that making and shipping pots leaves on our earth. Hence, I use recycled (yet clean) shipping materials whenever possible.

**International Shipping
International orders will ship International Priority or Express depending on the size of the item. However, I cannot guarantee any international packages. Once the package leaves the US there is no way for me to track it. If you want to purchase insurance and it is available for your country, please let me know before paying for your items so I can add the cost in. It is the buyers responsibility to ask for it and to pay for it and to collect it if the package is lost- regardless of what country you are in. Thank you for understanding! :)

**Customs Fees on Overseas Shipments
Your country may charge a customs fee when you pick up your package. There is no way for me to know what your customs fee will be. Please, before purchasing, ask your local post what the customs fee might be for your item. This fee is not included in the shipping price.

**Receipts and Gift Messages
I include a receipt with your package. If you are purchasing the item as a gift and having it sent directly to the recipient, please notify me at checkout and let me know what message you want included on the card.

**Tax
VA State residents- Paypal should automatically add in tax. If tax is not added to your purchase, please wait for an updated invoice with added sales tax from me. Thank you!
