Huge improvements have been made in durability and appearance. These earrings are stronger than ever, as well as being brighter with more vivid colors. Quality is so important to me. I strive to create the best quality earrings for you at a reasonable price, which is why I've worked very hard at creating these new studs. They've been tried and tested and are true to their description. They're still set on surgical stainless steel posts for sensitive ears. I have sensitive ears myself and these sweet studs are the only ones I wear, everyday. I hope you enjoy! :D

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Refunds or exchanges are dealt with on a case by case basis. Please contact me immediately so we can discuss the issue at hand.

If your purchase arrives damaged, please take a picture of the damaged item and packaging and send it to me in an ETSY MESSAGE.
Shipping
If payment is immediate, your purchase will be shipped to the address provided by ETSY within 2 business days unless otherwise indicated. Orders normally ship the next business day. If you pay by eCheck, they will be shipped as soon as it clears - this usually takes between 5 and 7 business days. I cannot ship on weekends due to the hours of my local Post Office. If you make a purchase on a Friday, your item will most likely be shipped the following Monday. You will receive an email notification once your order is packed and ready to go.
Approximate shipping times are:

►CANADA ~ 2 to 7 business days
►UNITED STATES ~ 5 to 20 business days
►INTERNATIONAL ~ 7 to 30 business days

I will ship all orders to the address provided by ETSY, so please be sure this information is correct. I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If you claim to have not received your package, I cannot refund your money as this is beyond my control. I will do all I can to send your item safely to you.
