For canvas wraps, custom orders, these can not be cancelled. I want you to receive your order as soon as possible so I begin work on these immediately to ensure there is no delay in getting the order to you.
All orders are currently shipping directly from my professional lab. This allows me to offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
Print orders are shipped in a sturdy, photo mailer or for larger prints in a protective tube, and usually takes 3-5 business days.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING is available upon request. Please contact us to expedite shipping.
TRACKING INFO will be sent to you once your items are packed and includes a link to check the status of the shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We're happy to provide a full refund or exchange for our paper prints up to 13x19 returned in their original condition. You must contact us within 15 days of receipt to process a return or exchange. PLEASE NOTE that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on canvases or special orders; all sales of these items are final.
Canvas
CANVAS GALLERY WRAP DETAILS:
Your canvas will arrive ready to hang. Printed on fine art canvas and stretched on a 3/4", 1.5" or 1 9/16"" mirrored image reinforced wooden frame to prevent sagging.
This is a custom order and due to the labor intensive process of preparing the image and producing the canvas, please allow 5-7 business days for your canvas to be produced and shipped out to you.
