This shop offers quality materials and quality craftsmanship. I will definitely purchase more from her as she adds more choices. I bought several different patterns of napkins and can’t wait to see what else she offers in the future! They were also packaged well and arrived safely.

REFUND POLICY DETAILS
I want you to absolutely love your napkins! If you need a particular color, or are hoping for a certain softness, texture, thickness, or any other specific quality, please ask questions, for additional pictures, or for a free swatch before purchase. Refunds are a pain for us both, so I offer everything possible to avoid them. :)
Please contact me right away if you want to return or exchange your item. Please contact me before sending items back for discussion of details and approval of the exchange. Items must be in pristine, perfect, sell-able condition. This means unused, free of dirt, pet fur, or scent. Please keep them folded as they are and inside the shopping bag to protect them.
REFUND POLICY DETAILS cont.
Since I also sell my fabrics by the yard and to make other goods that I offer, I cut the fabric off the bolt and make items to order [often the same day you ordered!]
For all of the above reasons, I have a restocking fee of 15% on returns. I can only refund the item price (minus the 15%), as the shipping fees have been paid to USPS and they have delivered the item. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees including those to ship the items back.
Custom made to order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Since napkins make a wonderful gift for almost anyone and almost any occasion, and due to the cost and hassle of shipping items back, often customers choose to keep the item and give it as a gift.
