Thanks for visiting my Etsy Shop! I enjoy creating, baking and making tons of different yummy sweet treats and would love share a little bit of it with you!

If there's anything you don't see here that you're interested in, please feel free to convo me and we can brainstorm together!

Clever Confections will gladly accept any reasonable requests and will do the best we possibly can to honor such special requests.

Please note that shipping costs for any items purchased will vary and is dependant on the quantity of items purchased.

Due to the nature of the items we feature here, all edible products are NOT refundable.

Please keep in mind that we package our products with great care; however once it leaves our hands, we're not responsible for the carrier's actions. However, we will work with you on a case by case basis should your products arrive to you damaged due to the way the package was handled AFTER IT LEAVES OUR PREMISES.

Damaged Packages during Transit: Please open and check your products as soon as you receive the package. Due to the fragile nature of some of our products and to the abusive handling of some of the carriers, sometimes - very rarely, in fact - damage during transit happens. In this case, please contact us immediately via email: cleverconfections [!at] and save the box, packaging and damaged product so you can file a claim with the carrier within 5 business days. Unfortunately, only the receiver can file a damage complaint but we will do our best to assist you.

For packages sent via USPS, here are the details for claiming a damage; this information can be found on the USPS website :

The United States Postal Service® is currently using a method of capturing customer complaints and eliminating the complaint card used at Post Office™ facilities. This new and expanded program will permit you to submit complaints in one of three ways:

1.Filing a complaint online by visiting the Contact us > E-mail us link on our web site (Please select the Topic, Sub-Topic and Comment Type that most closely relates to the complaint you have this will allow us to route your issue to the appropriate department or group.)

2.Calling 1-800-ASK-USPS 1-800-275-8777 ).

3.Speaking to the Station Manager or Postmaster at a local Post Office.
We currently accept payments via PayPal as well as money orders.

Items will be shipped within 3 to 4 days upon receipt of payment with the exception of bulk orders.

Because of the nature of the edible items we sell, we DO NOT offer refunds on items shipped. We will wrap and ship all items purchased with care ~ however, please keep in mind that we are not responsible for the way your packages are handled by any delivery service. Please allow for breakage when ordering.

Buyers have 24 hours upon receipt of products to contact Clever Confections with any questions and/or problems.

Cancellations of orders ARE NOT accepted once orders have been shipped.
Due to the nature of our products, Clever Confections ships Priority Mail via the USPS, in most instances. Delivery Confirmation will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped.

We wrap our products with Bubble Wrap and and fill all extra space in the box with bubble wrap, packing peanuts or crumpled newspaper to insure it makes it to your door step in one piece. Each box will be marked FRAGILE to alert the Postal Service to handle with care.
