Are they safe for my skin?
Yes! The product is approved for use on skin as a tattoo. That said, all skin types are different, so please note that we are not liable for any sort of reaction that may occur. If you do have a reaction, remove tattoo and discontinue use. If you have sensitive skin or are allergic to adhesives, you may want to avoid use.
When will my item ship?
We don't want to leave you waiting long, which is why all orders will ship between 24-72 HOURS from the time placed.
Most people see their order delivered within 4-6 days from when it was placed. This is to the US (via First Class Mail that includes tracking) but make sure to contact us first if you have a tight timeline and will give you an exact estimate.
How can I track my order?
US SHIPMENTS: All orders shipped to the US will include tracking
INTERNATIONAL: In order to keep shipping costs low, orders to other Countries do not include tracking with standard shipping. Tracking is available as an upgrade at checkout.
Late or lost shipments due to USPS is out of our realm of responsibility and we are unable to offer refunds (though it is extremely rare for an order to be delayed). Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when checking out so you do not have delays in receiving an order. If a shipment is returned to us we will happily re-ship with our next batch at the buyers expense, but cannot offer a refund due to the custom nature of the tattoos.
Do you make custom designs?
YES! Please send us an inquiry and we would be happy to work with you on your design ideas. From parties to Company logos, we would be happy to create a tattoo for whatever you have in mind! We can also create tattoos using your own artwork!
We can also do WHOLESALE pricing, feel free to reach out in convos for more information.
How do I send the GROOM'S PHOTO and do I need to crop it first???
We will do all the CROPPING for you! We want to make this EASY for you and provide you the best experience. Even if the photo shows multiple people, just mention who we should crop out and we will do it all for you!!
++ First place your order and mention the name (or any other custom info required based on the design you order) at checkout. This is called "Add your personalization" field.
++ Then send us the PHOTO in an Etsy convo. You can attach the photo by clicking the little paperclip symbol in convos.
++ If you have any difficulty adding it to the convo, you can email instead to cleverseagulltattoos@gmail.com
How long do they last?
Expect your temporary tattoos to last apx 1-4 days. Just be sure to apply on clean and dry skin with no lotions or oils. For best results, once applied try to avoid getting them wet (though we have had many people say they are fine in the pool). Also please note that these are matte finish tattoos (not shiny metallics).
Please store tattoos away from moisture and we suggest using them within three months of your purchase date for best results.
For easy removal: Use an oil like coconut or olive to remove the tattoo fast!
What type of customization is included?
We update the name, hashtag, age, etc depending on the style that you order. Beyond that, we try to accommodate any additional change requests but cannot guarantee them without prior approval. This includes additional wording or icon changes from our original designs (ie. changing Bachelorette to Bach, or Third to 3rd, etc).
If there are additional changes you had in mind, please send us a message on Etsy and we can let you know if it's possible!
On Face tattoos, we take care of all the cropping so feel free to send any photo and we will just use the portion we need :)
Can you get it to me FASTER?
We have multiple shipping upgrades available at checkout for you to choose from so you can get your order asap. If you are unsure of which option to choose, do not hesitate to send us a quick message with your event date and we can definitely let you know our suggestion as we ship hundreds of orders a week and know the system well. We also have cutoffs on certain days, so we can let you know exactly when you should order by to meet the next shipment. :)
