I believe in what I make and what I sell. I understand the importance of making my customers happy. If you feel your purchase has been grossly misrepresented, please contact me within 2 days of receipt. You may return the item for exchange, credit or refund (shipping charges will not be refunded). Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance. I will not refund or exchange an item that is lost in the mail.

If returning earrings, $4 will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of new ear wires. I will not resell earrings without replacing the ear wires.

Payment is due at time of purchase. PayPal is the only method of payment I accept.
Items under $30 are shipped USPS First Class. Insurance and delivery confirmation can be included at the buyer's request for an additional fee.

Items over $30 are shipped USPS First Class with delivery confirmation unless otherwise noted. If you would like to upgrade to Priority or Overnight Shipping, please convo me for an adjusted invoice.

Note - if you purchase more than $50 of merchandise from my shop, you will automatically upgraded to Priority shipping with delivery confirmation. Any postage overcharge of more than $1 will be refunded to your PayPal account. This applies to domestic shipping only.

I will ship internationally, but I have no way to insure the package or supply delivery confirmation without a huge expense. Therefore I cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive at their intended international addresses. I apologize for this, but I cannot absorb the cost of an item that the post office loses. International buyers please purchase at your own risk.

I prefer to leave feedback once a transaction is complete after you have received your order, and I am sure you are 100% satisfied. Feedback on my shop is always appreciated.

Note on buyer feedback: If you wish for your purchase to remain private and not show up in your feedback, please request that no feedback be left. I'm more than happy to oblige. Hopefully, Etsy will soon have a way for private feedback to be left.
