Frequently asked questions
How long is processing time?
I ship out orders once a week! order ship out day is displayed in the announcements section.
Do orders come with tracking?
⊱ All USA orders with the exception of sticker ONLY orders will have tracking
⊱ International orders do not have tracking but upgrades are available
⊱ All orders to Canada DO NOT have tracking but feel free to email me at clivenart@gmail.com and I can send you a quote. Price ranges are typically between $10-$15 for Canadian tracking
Who do you ship with?
⊱ For USA orders that include tracking I ship with Canada Post under "Tracked Parcel".
⊱ For Canadian orders or flat items like small prints and stickers they are shipped with Canada post letter mail.
Why hasn't my tracking number updated yet?
I tend to buy/print shipping labels in advance so that I can bring them to the post office the next day or the next 2 days. This is more apparent for US orders.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived yet?
Please do contact me by Etsy conversation or email @ clivenart@gmail.com if your order hasn't arrived in the allotted time frame specified in my "Estimated delivery times" or after the shipment says delivered yet you haven't received anything.
I will review each situation case by case and provide options on what to do from there.
There is something wrong with my order/ I received the wrong item / my order arrived damaged by transit!
