- Orders made Monday-Thursday before 3.30pm will be posted on the same day. Orders after 3.30pm are posted the following working day. Orders made on bank holidays ship the following working day. Please note that bank holidays in Ireland may differ to other countries.
- Orders made on Friday before 1pm will be posted on the same day. Orders after 1pm will be posted the following working day.
- If you have an Eircode, please include it! It can make a difference to how long it takes for your order to arrive.
- If you were happy with your order, I would be extremely grateful if you left a review or posted a snap of your order on social media ♥️
- While your order will be dispatched with the utmost care and attention, it is your responsibility to double check the address before you submit an order. If you think you’ve made a mistake, let me know as soon as you can. The address on the envelope can’t be changed once your order has been dispatched.

Frequently asked questions
When will my order arrive?
Same day dispatch applies to orders placed before 3.30pm Monday - Thursday, and Friday before 1pm. Orders made after 3.30pm (1pm on Fridays) will be dispatched the following working day. Orders made on bank holidays ship the following working day.
Delivery estimates: Orders placed within the Republic of Ireland generally take 1-3 working days to arrive. Orders to Northern Ireland can take up to 10 working days, and orders abroad up to 15 working days.
Can I order something, but have it sent to my friend / family member etc?
Of course! Fill in the delivery address area with the appropriate details and you’re good to go. Please make sure to order your item well in advance if you need it by a certain day.
Do I have to pay postage on every item I order?
No, you pay flat rate postage per order as a whole - e.g. if you order three A6 designs and one A5, you’ll only pay €1.50 postage within Ireland, or €2.50 abroad.
***Important note about shipping costs***
From Friday 1st April, flat rate postage will be charged at €1.50 within Ireland and €2.50 international due to increased postage costs from An Post (irish postal service). Míle buíochas for understanding!***
My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
I’m so sorry to hear that. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, let me know as soon as you can - the sooner you let me know, the sooner I can sort things out. This is especially the case if you need something by a certain date - please let me know as soon as you can so I can do my best to help you.
Do you offer a tracked service?
Tracked post with An Post is *considerably* more expensive than standard post, and if you’re based in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland there’s no guarantee it will ensure faster delivery of your item (based on previous experience with this service). If you’d really prefer a tracked option, get in touch and we can go through the options.
I don’t see [graphic from Instagram] available on your shop, can I order a once-off print?
The designs available on the shop are the only designs available right now.

Please note that gift messages will be sent out exactly as requested. They won’t be edited or corrected in any way after order submission. If you need to change your gift message, please let me know as soon as possible. Gift messages can’t be changed after dispatch.
