    On Etsy since 2011

Breaking the cycle of poverty, one stitch at a time.

Starting in late July 2012, over 300 women have been empowered through life skills education and the design and creation of unique, handmade products. Despite deep-rooted cultural oppression of women in poverty in Zambia, our women experience lasting hope through love.

They have become teachers in their communities and villages beyond their slum compound of Ng'ombe in Lusaka, Zambia. These women are pillars for hope, catalysts for change, and an inspiration to the world.

When you wear a Clothed in Hope product, wear it proudly knowing women across the world are defeating oppression with hope and love, and have invited you to be a part of it all.
