Payment
I accept PayPal and all major credit cards. All payments including credit cards are processed through PayPal. Please note that credit card payments can be processed through the PayPal service without opening up an account. If you need to pay by other means such as money order or check please contact me first in order to make the necessary arrangements. The right to cancel a sale is reserved if payment is not received within 3 days. If you need more than three days please let me know ahead of time and we can work together to make sure you get the creation that you love.
Shipping
All orders will be completed and shipped within 48 hours from confirmed payment. Once shipped most domestic orders will arrive within 4 to 7days.
If you require insurance (I always recommend it), please contact me so I can send you an estimate for the additional cost. Orders will be sent to the buyer's Paypal address unless otherwise specified.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Please note that international orders do not include a tracking number but I do include a customs identification number for your records.

Please contact me before purchase if you would like a different shipping option, such as express or overnight.

Should a package become lost or arrived damaged I will gladly attempt to work out a mutually acceptable solution, please understand that I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Please note, when shipping out of the USA all items are subject to customs charges and these charges are the customers responsibility. Contact your local customs and immigration office for more information.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an error has been made, please contact me within 5 days of delivery confirmation and I will work with you to resolve the issue. If a return is agreed upon all items must be returned unused and with original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

I am also able to create custom pieces, so if there is an item you would like but don't see it listed, or a fabric or color that you would like a specific item in, please convo me and I will be delighted to work with you.
In effort to remain enviromentaly friendly, I re-purpose shipping boxes. If you need a brand new box instead, please let me know and I will provide one at no additional cost.
