All sales are final. However, If you have any problems or concerns upon receiving your shipment, or you feel that the item was misrepresented in the listing, I encourage you to contact me to discuss a solution before simply leaving negative feedback.

Cloudery only accepts PayPal (credit cards or PayPal accounts).

Please be sure that your Etsy shipping address is the same as your PayPal shipping address. If they do not match, the package will be sent to the PayPal address, so that I will be covered by PayPal’s Seller’s Protection Policy. If you must have it shipped to a different address, or would like to ship to a gift recipient, please contact me at the time of purchase, or include the information in the “message to seller” at checkout. I am happy to send your package to a different address so long as this different address is confirmed by you as the correct address.

Packages ship within one week of purchase, often sooner.

UNITED STATES: Shipped via First Class Mail. Transactions over $100 are sent via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and full insurance coverage.

INTERNATIONAL: All orders are sent via International First Class Mail. Delivery confirmation and insurance are not available for international orders. These orders will be shipped directly from the post office, and care will be taken to fill out all required customs forms, but Cloudery cannot be held responsible for any delivery problems, or any problems with customs. Buyer is responsible for all duty, customs and any other fees associated with delivery. Before you order from outside of the US, please take this all into account.
