cloudfish's Shop Policies
Welcome to CloudFish Designs, the collaborative studio made up of two roommates with a passion (and degree!) for graphic design and a combined 10 years of freelancing experience.
CloudFish Designs is a full service design studio offering creative and unique wedding products for just about all price points. Our goal is to provide brides (and grooms!) with a more inspired and economic option that helps to create that beautiful and customized wedding everyone dreams of!
We strive to provide you with the best service possible. Whether it's a simple color change in one of our templates or a custom original design, we will work with you from start to finish to ensure that your finished products are just as you imagined them.
Payment must be received within 3 days after purchase.
PayPal is preferred. However, you do NOT need to have a PayPal account in order to make a purchase.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES:
We accept payments by Visa or Mastercard through PayPal.
When making your purchase on Etsy, click the Paypal option during checkout. Once the order is submitted, click the "Pay Now" button. This will take you to a separate PayPal window. On the left you will see in bold text "Don't have a PayPal Account?" This is the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal.
Orders will be shipped from Philadelphia, PA via standard (parcel package) mail or, upon request or for larger orders, Priority Mail. All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days after final payment is received.
We offer insurance on all shipped packages. By default, all orders are insured for the first $100. Insurance over that amount is not a problem, but by request only. Shipping confirmation is also available, by request only.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer complimentary printed and digital proofs for all custom orders, and orders are produced only after a signed final proof form has been received. Because of this, the studio is not liable for and therefore does not issue refunds for problems with any orders, including but not limited to spelling errors, paper consistency or color variations.
We also offer insurance on all shipped packages. By default, all orders are insured for the first $100. Insurance over that amount is by request only. We do not issue refunds for product that arrives damaged due to mishandling by the shipping company. Complimentary reprints are available up to the insured amount only.
