Hello! Welcome to the cloudhopping world, where wool and fabrics collide!
Most of my items are unique, one of a kind, knitted/crocheted and sewn by me in the UK. All items are ready to ship worldwide.

I accept payment by Paypal or credit card via Paypal (you don't need a Paypal account to pay with a credit/debit card). Please pay immediately at the time of checkout.

If you wish to cancel an order after payment please convo/email me immediately.Please note that for purchases where payment is not made within 48 hours the transaction will be cancelled. I will do my best to contact you prior to cancellation.
If you cannot pay, and would like me to hold an item until payday, please contact me!
Payment must be made in full before the item is shipped.
I am happy to post anywhere in the world.
Your item will be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of your payment, except where explicitly stated otherwise in the shop announcement (e.g. if I am away on holiday for a period). *please check that your paypal and etsy address match!*
Items sent to UK and sent via Royal Mail, 1st class (estimated delivery 1-2 working days, please allow up to 15 days)
International orders are sent via Airmail (estimated delivery 3-5 working days, please allow up to 25 days).Please note that you may be responsible for import duties and customs. This is beyond my control and is determined by the country of import. Buyers are responsible for any custom charges.
I always obtain proof of posting, if your item has not arrived after the above times please contact me.

Giftwrapping and a gift note can be added at no extra cost - please let me know upon ordering in the 'Message to Seller' section.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope you are happy with your purchase from cloudhopping. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will either exchange or refund the item (buyer is responsible for return shipping costs).
Please contact me if you think your order is lost in the post so that we can talk about a refund or replacement. I advise customers to obtain proof of postage when returning items.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Please contact me if you see something you like but want a different size, shape or colour. Some of my wools and fabrics are vintage or discontinued ranges so I only have a limited supply of some designs, but please enquire as I am always happy to create a custom order whenever possible.

I would love you to leave feedback, it is always appreciated when I hear that your item has arrived safely and you are happy with your purchase. However I will understand if you would prefer not to as I respect buyers' privacy. It is always helpful to know how you found me, let me know in an e-mail or convo, thanks!
Items are handmade by me in my smoke-free but pet-friendly home. My rescue greyhound and lurcher are not interested in my wool stash. And I can assure you I am the only one who uses the sewing machine.
