If you receive an item that is damaged please return it to me and I will fix it if possible. I will send it back to you for free but I cannot refund the postage fee. You can also ask for refund as soon as I receive the item.
If you receive an item that isn't the exact one that you have ordered or needs alteration i will be happy to fix that for you. Therefore you will have to send it back to me but I will not refund you the postage fee.
If you haven't received the item 14 days after it has been shipped (for Europe only) we can cancel the purchase or I can send you a new one. For international orders, if you haven't received the item within 45 days convo me and I will to find a way to refund you or send you a new item.
If you want to return an item you can do so within three days after you received the item, I will refund the item price only if the item is not damaged. I cannot refund the postage fee though. If you regret your purchase ask for a cancellation before the item ships.

If you ask me to make a custom order for you, I will be very happy to do so but only after you place an order. This is etsy's policy so I can't overlook that. I can send you photos of the item before I ship it upon request.
If for any reason you feel dissatisfied, please contact me and i will do my best to help you.

I ship all items during weekdays after 3-5 business days I have received your order. Furthermore, ready to ship items will ship within 24 hours. All items ship from Sweden with first class mail in bubble wrap envelope, carefully packaged so that they won't be damaged.A tracking number is not provided for this service. For registered mail there is an extra cost of 10€/ 14 usd. For Sweden it's 65 sek. Contact me if you are interested.

It takes 2-7 business days to get there, (Europe). Australia 6-7 business days, USA 4-6 business days, Canada, New Zealand 5-6 business days.
For other international destinations the estimated time is 2-4 weeks. There may be some further delay due to customs. Please note that I am not responsible for any extra charge due to custom duties, taxes , etc.

All the jewelry is handmade by me with high quality material in my home studio.
The metal components are nickel and lead safe, which means that the amounts of lead or nickel are safe for use and contact with the skin.
They are manufactured according to the European standards and as my provider states:
The metal findings conform to the EU Nickel Directives' EU Nickel Directives 94/27 & 2004/96. The Nickel Directive imposes limits on the amount of nickel that may be released from jewellery and other products intended to come into direct and prolonged contact with the skin.
Also, you should know that my pieces are not waterproof and may react badly with household chemicals or hairstyling products. Body lotion and perfume will cause the metal chains to change color. Clean them with a soft cloth and store them in shadow in airtight boxes to avoid tarnish. Some beads or chains are rhodium plated which stands for an anti-tarnish high quality metal.
For polymer clay jewelry make sure to store them in shadow. Keep away from water, nail polish, white spirit and other household chemicals.
Also let me know for size adjustments when that is possible.
