Karissa's Shop Story

After receiving my grandmother's sewing machine, I quickly fell in love with sewing. I bought a serger and began adding fun fabrics to my arsenal. I was receiving so many compliments on my daughter's handmade clothes that my husband encouraged me to share my passion with the world!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will rectify this right away!

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. We frequently add new styles and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
-We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
-We do not offer exchanges, as some items sell out very quickly. When you receive your Store Credit you may purchase the item you would like online.
-The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
-Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of the fulfillment date.
-Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. If an item is Ineligible for a Return due to being washed or worn, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
-Items damaged or shrunk during washing are not eligible for return or exchange.
-Customer is responsible to pay return shipping costs.
-Custom orders are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns.
-Store Credit does not expire.

CANCELLATION DETAILS
-Cancellations requests may be made up to three days after your order is placed for a full refund to your original method of payment.
-Cancellations requests after three days are eligible for store credit in the amount of your full purchase: merchandise + shipping costs.
-Custom orders are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Cancellation.

Items are made in a smoke-free, dog friendly home.

I accept PayPal, Etsy Gift Cards, and all major credit cards.
Please make sure your listed address is correct for shipping.
Shipping
I ship via USPS. All packages will include tracking. Please contact me before ordering if you would like insurance or need express shipping as I will need to make a special listing to accommodate that.

International shipping- because the price to ship worldwide varies from country to country, I will refund any shipping overage that exceeds $1.00.
