Thank you for choosing Clover & Violet for your home and family needs. We strive to create quality handmade items for those you love. Every item we make is machine or hand sewn by us in our smoke-free, pet-free homes.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
At this point we are only excepting PayPal. If you require another form of payment, please convo us and we will make the decision on a case-by-case basis.

Please make sure your Etsy and PayPal addresses match.

All payments must be received within three (3) calendar days of purchase or the transaction will be cancelled.
Note: Shipping may be delayed due to a new family addition. See shop announcement for details.

We know that the last thing you want to do is spend a fortune on shipping. Therefore, we are dedicated to providing low shipping costs. Small items (hats, pacifier clips, etc.) will be shipped USPS First Class Mail. Larger items (quilts, blankets, etc.) will be shipped in flat rate Priorety Mail boxes. We are happy to offer international shipping, however, due to the large size and heaviness of some items, rates are calculated individually, and are based on flat rate boxes in listing shipping. Should you prefer first class international shipping, we would be happy to provide you with a quote for your specific country. If you would like insurance, delivery confirmation, or priority mail, please convo us before your purchase to discuss rate increases.

Shipping outside the US: Any and all duty/customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Please convo us for reduced rates on shipping multiple items.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you never need to return an item, but if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within three (3) calendar days of receipt and we will do our best to come to an agreeable solution.

We cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs in transit, if you would like extra protection please consider shipping insurance.

We’re sorry, there are no returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations on patterns that have been shipped/e-mailed or on custom orders once work has begun. Also, we cannot refund shipping costs.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you see something in our shop that you would prefer out of a different fabric, we would be happy to work with you! We will discuss fabric options and prices with you, and hopefully create something you will cherish. We require a full payment before beginning any custom work, and the items will ship upon completion. Custom orders generally take 1-3 weeks from the time payment is complete, we will give a more accurate time quote before the agreement is finalized. We look forward to helping create the perfect item for you. Because of the nature of custom orders, we cannot cancel or accept returns once custom orders are begun.
