If you are unhappy with your item let me know and we can work something else. Refunds and exchanges will be allowed but buyer must pay all shipping costs.
Payment
I expect payment within a reasonable amount of time. If you need more than 3 days, let me know and we can work it out. I take Paypal payments, and if you're in New Zealand I can take checks or internet banking payments.
Shipping
I ship once payment has been received and cleared. To overseas destinations I ship New Zealand Post International Air. This method takes 3 - 10 business days to arrive in the destination country.
