Returns and exchange details
Please read the item listing carefully and examine the provided photos. I aim to give as accurate as possible descriptions and photos. Please keep in mind that colours may vary slightly from one monitor to another.

Returns and Exchanges..............
-Notify me within 3 days of delivery of any issues or concerns.
-Ship items back to me within 7 days of delivery
-Because of the nature of custom orders, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
-For hygienic reasons, I cannot accept returns of earrings.
-Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
-Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
-Item must be returned in it's original condition.

Payments are accepted through Etsy and should be made within 3 days. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay via credit card through their secure site.

If payment is not made at the time of checkout, I will email an invoice through Paypal. If no answer is received after the 3 day time period, I will cancel the sale.

Items will not be shipped until payment goes through. This includes payments through Paypal by e-checks.

Should you need to cancel an order, please let me know as soon as possible, if it has already been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. I will credit your Paypal account with the item purchase price after I receive the returned item.

*Please note that North Dakota customers will be automatically charged sales tax through Paypal at the time of purchase, according to state law.*

Shipping costs cover both shipping and handling. I ship via USPS, first class mail, with tracking. If you have other shipping needs or need something sent in a hurry, just let me know. I ship purchased items 1-2 days after receiving payment. Shipping insurance and registered mail is available for an additional cost.

Please be sure that your address on your Etsy account matches the address on your Paypal account. If these do not match, I will send you an email to verify your correct address, and this can delay the shipping time.

*Gemstones are a product of Mother Nature, and may sometimes include natural inclusions, holes, etc. This does not affect the strength or wear of them and can enhance their beauty. I always try to take a photo of the area or describe those details in my listings.*

*All of my jewelry is intended to be worn by adults, as some pieces my cause a choking hazard.*

*CUSTOM ORDERS*
If you are looking to have a custom order made, I will give you an ESTIMATE as to what the final cost will be and how long it will take to complete the order. Some special materials may have to be ordered online if they are not available locally so this will affect the completion time. Depending on the price, time required, and if the order is personalized, I may require a 50% deposit to be put down at the time of order. The other 50% will be required when the item is complete. I will create a reserved listing for custom orders, and if they are not puchased within 1 week and no reply is received, I will make the item available to the public. If you have placed a deposit on the item, it will not be refunded.
