REFUNDS & MODIFICATIONS TO ORDER

Physical Items
We happily accept returns within the time frame listed above. The item must be in an unused condition. Return shipping is not provided and a restocking fee of 35% applies.

Digital Files and Personalized Items
Due to the nature of digital files and the design work involved, NO REFUNDS will be issued once an order has been placed. Orders are typically being worked on from the minute they come in and orders may not be cancelled, or personalization changed, once work begins.

Purchaser agrees to these terms at point of purchase and has read this policy fully prior to purchasing.

All item will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If there is a change of address, please reach out to me via Etsy message to cancel your order and repurchase. Most items ship immediately and we are not held responsible for your address changes. If you need to track your package and/ or interrupt the shipping destination, please do so with the tracking number provided through USPS.

PROCESSING TIME
All personalized orders take 1 to 3 business days to process, unless otherwise specified. In many cases you will receive your file within 24 hours, but this is not a guarantee. If you need it sooner, please purchase the RUSH ORDER listing.

Please be sure to review your digital file before printing to ensure we've got all your information as you provided upon ordering. If we've made a mistake, just let us know and we will get it fixed for you right away! 

Each listing includes one round of revisions after the first proof is provided. . Please understand that additional rounds or revisions included in the listing slows down the shop and creates a slower turnaround for customers. If additional revisions are needed, add this item to your cart.

COLORS

Please note that due to variances in color monitors and printers, the color may look different when you print than how it appears on your computer screen. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee color output on digital files. Paper type and printer settings can affect color output and may need to be adjusted. 

Due to monitor variances, printed orders you receive may vary slightly in color from what you see in the listing sample and digital proof.

FILE FORMATS
Most listings will be emailed to you in the form of a PDF. If you need a JPEG, please note that at checkout.

REVISIONS ARE ALLOWED UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER ORDER PLACEMENT
Due to the high volume of orders this store gets, coupled with the {{huge}} high resolution files I work with, all files will be automatically archived from my computer 14 days after order placement. So please be sure and review the document(s) sent to you right away in case any changes need to be made. Otherwise, you'll need to re-purchase the items. No exception.
