She said she shipped the cake tin, never got a tracking number only some excuse that she couldn’t give me one. Paid almost 50$ for this had several conversations with her asking for a refund if I didn’t get the item, she refused. And I was not allowed to leave a review until recently. I purchased this cake tin in November 2021. No refund, no item, poor communication, she did nothing. I will never buy anything from her again.

The cookbook was as described, but the customer service was unbelievable ... not accustomed to people going the extra mile these days. Thank you!!!
