I do keep stock of most items, in which case I can dispatch within one day of you placing your order. Occasionally I may need to make up your order, in which case please allow a day or so more before dispatch. You will hear from me once your order is in the post to you.

Orders within the UK are sent using the First Class UK Confirmed Royal Mail service, which requires a signature on delivery. Parcels are insured for loss, up to £50.

Orders outside the UK are sent using Royal Mail International Standard for coasters (includes compensation for loss of up to £20) and by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for the cushions - a signature will be required on delivery and parcels are insured for loss up to £50. Delivery times for both these services are 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days elsewhere.

Please note that postage can be delayed during holiday periods. Please get in touch if you require an upgrade to postage for a faster delivery.

Please note that any International Customs Charges, Taxes and Additional Postage Costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
