Shipping Information

-Shipping will be provided through USPS unless the item description says otherwise.

-According to the USPS typical First-Class Postage takes 1-4 days for delivery. However, due to COVID-19 postage may take longer.

-Please give 10 business days for an item to arrive prior to reaching out to us.
Shipping is free on all sticker purchases, but other items are subject to the additional shipping charges through Etsy. Etsy will charge you the calculated shipping cost upon purchase.

-Signatures are not required on packages, unless a customer contacts us ahead of time specifying they prefer to sign upon delivery.

-A tracking number will NOT be provided with sticker purchases unless the buyer contacts us prior to their purchase.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations

-Returns will be accepted as long as the purchased item is unused and shows no signs of wear and tear (bending, ripped edges, water damage, cracks, etc.).

-The customer must contact us within 5 business days in order to return an item.

-If the customer receives an item and is not happy with the purchase, they are required to pay shipping to return the item. Once the item arrives back to us a refund will be issued

-Upon receiving the returned item, the customer will receive a refund given the item does not show any signs of wear and tear. Refunds will be given for the full price of the item minus the $0.20 Etsy listing fee.

Damages

-If an order arrives damaged the customer is responsible for filing a claim through USPS. Filing a claim can only be done for purchases where the customer receives a tracking number.

-If the item was shipped without a tracking number, please contact us immediately. We will then require proof of damage to the outside of the package and proof of damage to the purchased goods.

-Photos will need to be provided to us of all sides of the packaging as well as the damaged products.

-The customer must contact us within 5 business days in order to return an item or notify us of damages.

-If the customer wishes to ship back a damaged purchase they must mail the item within 2 business days of contacting us unless discussed otherwise.

Non-Delivery

-If an item is not delivered within 10 business days please reach out to notify us of the situation. After 15 business days, we will consider the item as non-delivery.

-We will help you through this process upon contact and can notify you of what actions to take.

-As long as the item is not one of a kind, a replacement may be issued. If shipping is $5 a refund for the order will be issued instead.

-The customer can also file a claim through the USPS and we can assist with this.

Custom and personalized orders

-Stickers are shipped in a letter envelope. All stickers are contained within a clear sleeve to ensure they do not shift much during transit. This sleeve is then placed within a thick cardstock greeting card to prevent bending.

-Pins and other small items are shipped in bubble mailers of appropriate size

-Larger or heavier items are shipped in appropriate size boxes with necessary packing materials (foam, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, newspaper, etc.)

-Free gifts may be included in orders to promote new products. This is not to be expected in all purchases.

-Our brand is clearly displayed on all of our packaging. Our logo is displayed as a sticker seal on envelopes, on our thank you card, and also as a topper on sticker packages.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping and/or gift messages are available upon request/purchase. Gift wrapping may be added to any purchase for an additional fee of $1. The customer will be contacted upon purchase to gather information regarding the gift wrapping/message. Wrapping paper will be used to best fit the occasion. Messages will be clearly written to say whatever the customer specifies. No obscene language will be permitted. If we find the message to be inappropriate we have the right to cancel the order or request a new message.

Shipping Times

-If the item is purchased as a gift please consider purchasing early to ensure an on time delivery. We have a fast turn around time on orders, but once the package reaches the post office it is out of our control.

-If you are moving and need an item by a specific date consider ordering an item early or mailing it to your new address.

-If a customer wishes to receive their free delivery purchase faster than typical First-Class postage they may contact us. The customer will be required to pay the expedited shipping fees.

Miscellaneous

-Our mission is to provide our customers with unique hand crafts. We hold ourselves to a high standard and will not sell products with flaws.

-We offer our customers unique illustrations with anatomical correctness and beautiful colors.

-Having excellent customer service is something very important to us. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We will respond to all messages within 2 business days.

-Sales may be run around holidays, special occasions, to social media followers, or to repeat customers. We reserve the right to offer or not offer discounts and promotions whenever we see fit. Depending on the type of sale/discount, coupon codes will be provided.
