Return/Cancellation Policy
Because our items are made to order and handmade we cannot accept returns or cancellations.
Buyer is responsible for shipping and return shipping costs.
*Please note we do not accept returns or cancellations on special orders or Boutique/wholesale orders.
**If a cancellation is processed there will be a cancellation fee.
Payment
We accept payments via Pay Pal and Credit Card. Payment is expected when ordering.
Shipping
Shipping time frame:
Please allow two weeks for shipment of item/items. In some cases shipment of item may take longer, we will notify you if if this is the case.
Larger boutique orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to make and process.

Orders are shipped via USPS standard Mail with tracking. If you would like to add insurance or upgrade to priority mail please indicate so when checking out, an additional charge will be added.

Shipments are to the address that is listed under your Pay pal account. Please make sure this address is current and correct.

WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES IN THE MAIL
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE INSURANCE ON ANY SIZE ORDER PLEASE CONVO US.
Please understand that I cannot be held liable for mistakes that are out of my control. If you would like to add insurance, I will be happy to do so for an additional fee.
Additional policies and FAQs
BOUTIQUES PLEASE NOTE: Larger orders and boutique orders will take 2-3 weeks to make and process. We do our best to get orders out in two weeks but it can take up to 3 weeks. All of our pieces are handmade and made to order.

For reserved listings: Payment is due before we purchase supplies and we hold listings for up to 2 days.

We cannot be held responsible to lost packages by the USPS
We also can not be held responsible for color variations due to screen resolutions, settings and colors.
Our items are hand made and there will be variations die to patina and also leather finish.
