WRIST MEASUREMENT AND CUFF SIZING INFORMATION

Please use the following instructions for measuring your wrist to ensure a correct fit. Use a flexiable measuring tape to measure just above the wrist bone, then add 1/4" to 1" (or more), depending on the fit you want. That is the size bracelet you would wear.

~Adding an additional 1/4” is a “snug” fit
~Adding 1/2” to 3/4" is an “about right” fit
~Adding 1” or more is a “looser” fit.

If you don't have a tape measure handy use a piece of string, and mark it right where it overlaps on your wrist. Then lay the strip flat to measure up to the mark using any ruler.
