I love to receive custom orders and to work together with you to create your perfect mala!
However, please mind that I might not have all required items in stock and will need to order them to custom-create your desired mala. The manufacturing time may therefore be longer for custom orders. The price of a customized mala depends on your choice of materials. In addition there is a processing charge of 15€ to cover the time needed for consultation, correspondence, etc.
Please also note that returns on custom orders are not accepted.
ABOUT COCOANDLIMEYOGA JEWELRY
All my malas are handmade. Every mala is unique - no one else in the world will have the same as yours! When crafting the malas I make sure to use only intact and undamaged stones of high quality. However, variations in color and shape are natural and make each just mala as unique as its wearer.
Every purchased mala will come with a description on how to connect with your mala and how to recharge its energy.
SAFETY & CARE
Please treat you mala necklace with care. Even though gemstones are naturally robust, they can still become brittle and chip if hit against hard or abrasive surfaces.
Avoid contact with water and take your mala off before showering, swimming and sweaty exercise as water and humidity might damage the thread and tassel. Don't expose your gemstones to the chemicals in cleaning products, hair care products, fragrances and cosmetics.
Some ornaments are quite delicate and filigree and can distort when bent.
The malas are not intended for children because the necklaces may constitute a choking hazard. The beads have been knotted very carefully and as stably as possible. Nevertheless the jewelry should be kept out of the reach of children to avoid damage and swallowing of small parts.
The gemstones used to make the malas may positively contribute to the improvement of medical conditions by creating a positive mindset. However, gemstones do not represent an approved form of therapy and should not replace medical advice or treatment by your doctor. If you have any health problems or medical complaints, it's always best to consult your GP.

Wholesale availability
Coco & Lime is a one-woman small business. I produce my malas on a rather small scale. Every necklace is carefully hand-knotted and unique. The gemstones in my stock depend on what's available from my retailers and on mineral markets. I do not offer wholesale but I am happy to create special mala necklace or bracelet collections for your yoga students, workshops and retreats. Sizing details
Unless otherwise stated in the item description the beads used in my malas are 8 mm in size.
Custom and personalised orders
I love making the mala of your dreams for you! Custom orders are welcome, however the gemstone availability depends on what I have in stock.
If you wish I can try to order gemstones on demand for your mala, but I cannot guarantee that I will be able to get every desired type.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the creation of a customized mala (potential time to order materials and shipping time not included).
IMPORTANT: The price of a customized mala depends on your choice of materials. In addition to the item price there is a processing charge of 15€ to cover the time needed for consultation, correspondence, etc.
I have not received my parcel. What to do?
Depending on your country, shipping will take between 1 and 4 weeks. If you have not received your parcel after 4 weeks, please send me an email and I will initiate an inquiry.
Also, please check with your local post office and, if applicable, your customs agency because sometimes they hold parcels there.
In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost during shipping, please contact me so we can find a solution together.
If you would like to pay for insured shipping, please send me a message together with your order so I can send you a quote about the additional costs.
