Hello there, and welcome to my jewelry shop on Etsy. My name is Erin and I am the sole designer/creator of Farrow Hawn Jewels. I make one-of-a-kind accessories using an assortment of beautiful materials including clay, metal, wood, shells and other special findings. If you have a custom idea in mind, I'd love to hear about it!
All of my clay beads are individually hand-shaped. Any molds I use have been cast from my own original work. I use non-toxic pigments, paints and wax to give them their unique hues and finishes.
All Farrow Hawn designs have been hand -crafted by me in my home studio. I source most of my materials from right here in Toronto , and others I have collected from my travels, particularly any shells and beach items..
All of the metals I use for clasps and findings are nickel-free.

Returns and exchanges
I want every customer to be a happy customer! If you are not completely thrilled with your purchase please contact me via the Etsy convo system or by email at farrowhawn [!at] yahoo.com. Returns may be made within 3 days upon receipt of your package. The item must be returned in its original condition. I will exchange/refund the merchandise once it is returned to me. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Thank you for patience and understanding.

All prices are in USD. I accept Paypal only, you do NOT need to have a Paypal account in order to checkout with Paypal, you may use Paypal as a guest to pay with credit card .

Shipping
All orders are mailed through Canada Post. Orders will be processed 1-3 days after payment, Monday to Friday. I do not process or ship any orders on national holidays. Items will be shipped through Canada Post and costs will be determined by size and weight. I do combine shipping for multiple orders and ship worldwide. The standard shipping method used is the fastest and most economical - it does NOT have insurance or tracking - please contact me if you would like this option to be added.
Please note that items usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door because they are coming from Canada. Please be patient, customs on both ends of the transaction are usually responsible for the delay.
* Your made to order piece(s) will ship 4 - 7 days after purchase.
* Orders will be shipped to the address provided on your Etsy account.
* Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
* Additionally, I am not responsible for any duties, taxes, or local taxes that may be accumulated on international shipments.
For standard shipping $5.99 : Items usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door because they are coming from Canada.
For order that paid $15.99 or more: They will be shipped expedited, and arrive in a week or so .
Express shipping $22.99 : 3 to 5 days delivery. Contact me if you would like this service

Though some of my clay work is meant to imitate the look of metal, it is certainly more delicate. Please handle your Farrow Hawn Jewelry with care, and store safely when not in use.

As a small-scale designer, it is a thrill to be asked to have my designs stocked in your store! At them moment I am a one person show, and all of my designs are hand crafted by me. I do not have access to wholesale prices for my supplies, so many of my accessories are made from expensive product. Therefore, multiple orders for boutique and store use are gladly welcomed, but at this time any discount that I am able to offer is quite low. Thank you for your understanding.
