If you are unsatisfied with our products, please let us know if we can do anything to resolve or fix it. If you are still unsatisfied, you can send the item back (you are responsible for the corresponding postage fare) in its original condition within 14 days after receiving the item, and we will refund you (minus shipping fee) after we received the returned item if we find it reasonable.
Payment
We accept payment with PayPal.

Please note that if you use eCheck payment option through PayPal, your payment will generally take 3-5 days to process AFTER your order has been placed and that will delay shipping times.
Shipping
Your order usually will be shipped within 3 business days after you placed the order and you will receive the shipment within 8 - 16 business days after purchase most of the time.

For any order under $20 (shipping fee excluded), shipment will be posted as regular air mail. While orders above $20 will be posted as registered air mail which comes with mail tracking code. We provide registered mail upgrade option. Grab the mail upgrade item if you prefer that.

Products are shipped from Hong Kong unless specified. We use Hong Kong Post as our default mail service provider.

We will send you a note after the shipment is posted together with mail tracking code (if applicable) which you can check anytime, status of the shipment. Mail delay happens occasionally. If you have not received your items 3 weeks after your placed the order, please let us know and we will follow up.

We do not take liabilities in regards to mail lost or item damage during the shipping process.

Please note that all International buyers are responsible for duties and customs charges, taxes that may be incurred. Please check your country's customs office before buying to see if there is any other cost involved.
