I love to design!
I was an art student, I worked part-times selling clothes at the night market in Chiang Mai, at the times,I dreamed to have clothing business as i like dressing up my own way and can never find clothes that suit me from the shop.
I started making my own clothes and selling them at the market. It went very very well.
Then i start to make a concept for my design and use a lot of ethnic,eastern culture technic in my designs.
I don't want to be too concern about mainstream fashion or trend. So people can always wear them no matter what is "in" at the times. Also when i design, I don't think of it as a piece of clothes, More like an art piece but instead of hanging it on the wall, you can wear and enjoy them in your daily life.
I like to design clothes that can be worn many ways. It's a good investment for our customer. You can have lots of fun with it and can wear it to so many occasion without looking like the same dress,
I start to sell my clothes on Etsy in 2008.
And I am so glad to be a shop member on Etsy.

We stand behind our product, If for any reason you feels unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to correct whatever issues you might have.

One condition for return. As we are offering free shipping store-wide, if you choose to return the item for your own reason, you will be responsible to ship it back to us and we will need to deduct 15 USD per item for the shipping fee we paid and the restocking fee we have in Etsy. We offer Free Shipping Worldwide from Thailand to provide the best experience to our customer, please keep in mind the high cost of shipping so we can not loose this amount in case of return. There will be no Free Returns.
Any package that is refused or can not be delivered due to insufficient address is also subject a refund less shipping.
In case the item is not as described we will take full responsibility and you will get a full refund for the return. We will include the shipping cost in that case too.
We ship to the address specified in your Etsy order. If the address is incorrect or the package can not be delivered for any reason and the product is returned to us, the buyer will have the option to pay the shipping again and we will attempt delivery again with a different address, or the buyer can receive a refund for the product, minus the original shipping cost.

Shipping policies
We ship worldwide from Thailand via DHL Global service. All our items are sent by registered Airmail which are traceable online. It will require signature to receive.
We will sent you a tracking number as soon as we ship. With Registered Airmail we provides end-to-end security in locked containers and custody records are maintained.
Shipping with DHL Global usually takes:
- 15 to 20 days to USA
- 10 to 15 days to Europe
- 7 to 12 days within Asia.
Option for express shipping is added to all items for you to choose. DHL express takes 4-7 days for shipping and will require phone number and signature to receive.
**It happens that we had some issues with our shipment to Canada, due to strict custom. We advise you to upgrade your shipping with DHL express to avoid any delay.
***If for any reason the shipping take longer please let us know and we will do our best to clear the situation and provide you the reason of the delay or a solution.

We will replaced the damaged item as soon as possible providing you the fastest delay we can. To request a replacement please contact us as soon as you see the defect so we will found the best solution for you to replace or arrange it.
- What should i do if one of the items i received is different from the order one?
In that case please contact us and we will replace the wrong item as soon as possible without any extra charge.
- When will I received my refund?
That's will depend on which shipping way you choose for the return, Express shipping or Normal Register Airmail. As soon as we received the items and check if there is no damaged we will make the refund.
- Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?
As long as both your billing and shipping addresses are in the same country as each other, we can deliver your order.

Payment needs to be received within 3 days of the purchase. The seller has all rights to cancel the transaction if the payment has not been sent within three days.
Shipping
Areas covered by DHL service : shipping time is 4 to 6 business days
Areas not covered by DHL : shipping by post office with tracking number, shipping time varies between 10 days to 3 weeks
Customers, please be advised that when the package is delivered at the delivery address, it will need a signature to receive the package. So please make sure that you or someone will be at the delivery address sign and receive the package. Otherwise, if there is no one receive the package on the delivery day the delivery person ( Local DHL Office in your country) will leave you a notice and contact information that the package has been delivered and no one receiving it. It is customer's responsibility to arrange the package picking up date and time with the delivery person as soon as possible to avoid the return to sender process.
