+ Lost Packages: Once your package has been handed over to the Postal Service, I have no control over its progress from there -- but, oh, how I wish! ;) But please do let me know if you think your package has gone wandering -- I'll certainly help however I am able...

+ Made-to-Order & Custom Items (such as bridal/event accessories, etc.): All handmade or customized items are made-to-order, and as such, are _not_ returnable, unless an item is defective; in that instance, please convo me for a possible replacement. The reason for this policy is simple: I believe that every customer deserves to receive a new, clean, and sanitary item. I don't "resell" items to unsuspecting customers. Given this policy, I do encourage you to consider your purchase carefully, and let me know if you have questions or would like to request a swatch before you place your order. (I'm happy to send swatches free of charge within the U.S.!)

+ Premade Supply Items (such as appliques, ribbon by the yard, etc.): Returns may be accepted, depending on the item/order -- please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order to make arrangements. Please note that cut yardage is _not_ eligible for return, unless defective. Any item I have custom-ordered for you, at your request, will not be eligible for return/refund. This applies to bulk/volume orders as well (a "bulk" or "volume" order is three (3) or more pieces of a specific item).

+ Return Details & Restocking Fee: Buyer will be responsible for paying all return shipping and/or exchange shipping fees necessary. The item must be in the same condition as it was upon arrival and not used damaged in any way whatsoever. Items being returned must be packed/wrapped as they were shipped to you. Approved returns will be eligible for a refund of the original purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee; shipping charges are not refundable, of course. Items not returned within 30 days from date of customer receiving them are not returnable.
+ Payments: I accept payments through Etsy Direct Checkout and PayPal.

+ Cancellations: Your order may be canceled by sending me a request within 24 hours of purchase only. Regretfully, no cancellations are possible after the initial 24-hour period. Note: Special/volume orders (more than 3 pieces) are not eligible for cancellation.
+ Production/Shipping Times & Rush Orders: Each listing specifies the production and shipping times for that item. It does vary depending on the item, so please do be sure to check the listing you're interested in. However, rush/expedited orders are usually possible, so please message me with your request prior to purchase.

+ Shipping Methods/Transit Times: Different items have different shipping methods; please check the specific listing you're interested in for same. The same goes for transit times within the U.S. and internationally.

+ International - Tracking & Insurance: Tracking is not available on most international shipment methods, unless you upgrade to a higher method. Insurance is _not_ included on international shipments, but may be added for an additional charge. Contact me if you need to add either of these.

+ International - Duty/Customs Fees: Please note that buyers are responsible for any duties/customs charges that may be incurred on international orders. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of their country's customs inspections/duty tax policies. If any duty/customs tax is imposed on your package, please be aware that this is an action taken by your country, and that I am not involved in this process in any way, nor am I able to assist with you determining what may or may not be applied. Any package that is returned to me as a result of duty/customs tax being imposed, without being picked up/paid by you, will not be eligible for a refund, unfortunately, and you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fee to send it back to you.

+ International - Marking as Gift: In compliance with U.S. and international shipping regulations, all orders will be properly marked as "Merchandise", with the contents and values listed on the required declaration form. Most countries base their customs/duty tax on this information. Unfortunately, I am unable to mark an order as a "Gift" for the purposes of avoiding paying any tax due; again, this is due to the compliance requirements I must follow to avoid jeopardizing my right to ship internationally. :)

+ International - Transit Times: Understandably, international orders have longer transit times than those within the U.S.. If you would like, feel free to convo me with your specific country/postal and "Need to Receive By Date", and I'll be happy to provide current transit estimates as indicated by the postal service. Please be aware that these are estimates only, and not guaranteed; further, your country's customs inspection process may impact/delay delivery estimates.
