Thank you for visiting the Critters, hope they didn't frighten you...much!

Everything that you see in this shop is handmade with the finest quality materials. Some materials are bought brand new, but I like to use recycled and repurposed materials when at all possible.

CUSTOM REQUESTS! YAY!
We love them. Keep 'em comin'! We are always up for a creative challenge. Don't see exactly what you want in the shop? Send us a private request with a description of what you are looking for.

Your purchase doesn't just help to support the arts, it also helps to support animals! A percentage of all profits are donated to the Animal Rescue League of NH. Guilt-free shopping and good Karma! :)

NEW! Layaway Policy: Layaway is now available for your convenience! To take advantage of this option, please specify the word LAYAWAY in the Notes to seller upon checkout. The terms vary depending on the total price of your order (including shipping), and are as follows:

$10-$49 purchase: 1/2 deposit upon order placement, balance due in one week from purchase (gives you a total of 2 weeks to pay).

$50-$99 purchase: 1/3 deposit upon order placement, 2/3 due in one week from purchase, balance due in two weeks from purchase (gives you a total of 3 weeks to pay)

$100+ purchase: 1/4 deposit upon order placement, 1/4 due in one week from purchase, 1/4 due in two weeks from purchase, balance due in three weeks from purchase (gives you a total of 4 weeks to pay).

You will be billed via Paypal for each payment, and be expected to pay immediately. It is your responsibility to make sure your Paypal account remains active and valid. Payments made past 3 days of Invoice will not be accepted, and item will be returned to Coffin Critters shop with no refund. If you choose to make additional payments or to pay your item(s) off early, this will be accepted. Just let me know and you will be billed accordingly.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAN COMMIT TO PAYMENTS BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR THIS PLAN. Your item will be removed from this shop, and put on reserve for you until it is paid for in full. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, so again, please make sure you are committed. If for some reason you can not continue with your payments, you will not be refunded any previous deposits or payments. This plan is based on your commitment to your purchase, and is just available as an affordable option of payment. Once you complete the checkout process you are accepting ownership and full payment of the item(s). We all go through tough times! Having been laid off myself, I understand this first-hand. IF YOU ARE HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME MAKING A PARTICULAR PAYMENT, but still want the item, contact me ASAP. I would rather work out a possible extension (at artist's discretion) then to have you lose your item(s)...and your deposits. :)

Unless other arrangements have been made between Seller and Buyer, payment is expected up front. If payment is not received within 7 business day of your order, the transaction will be canceled and the items in your cart will be returned to the Coffin Critters shop.

Money Orders are accepted, and item will ship upon receipt of money order, once it has cleared.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped USPS First Class, or whatever shipping method is the most cost effective for your purchase. For your protection (and mine as well), ALL PACKAGES shipping to a US address will come with Insurance and delivery confirmation. This is for US residents only, and is already included in your shipping price. If you do not wish to pay to have these protective options, please contact me. I will oblige and will refund the difference to your Paypal account. These options are available outside the US for an additional charge, and you should contact me if you are interested. PLEASE NOTE: this shop is not responsible for any damaged, undelivered or missing items if insurance and delivery confirmation have not been purchased by the customer.

Unless you are notified, items that are in stock will ship out within 1 week of your purchase. Special orders and made-to-order-items can take (but usually don't) up to 4-6 weeks to ship. An estimated time frame for your purchase is available upon request.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipment (see above). Because all items are carefully handcrafted and are subject to artistic license and interpretation, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless merchandise is grossly defective and we reserve the right to make that determination.
Additional policies and FAQs
Seller and manufacturer is not responsible for misuse nor shall we be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of products purchased from Coffin Critters. By purchasing our products and services, you are acknowledging this and relieving us of responsibility.

Coffin Critters does not guarantee the outcome of any ritual, spell, or magical item. The magick lies within each of us, and we just supplying you with the tools. YOU supply the magick.

I used the following disclaimer from a great shop, which you may find here: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5913779
THESE ITEMS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. Coffin Critters would like you to please remember that our products are NOT intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or illness. If you have any medical concerns, please consult your doctor. Because we are a magickal shoppe selling metaphysical products, we are supposed to also add a disclaimer that we make no promises as to the effectiveness of any of our products and that they are sold as curios only to be used for entertainment purposes. THIS IS NOT TRUE. We will post this disclaimer when ALL religious items sold for use in ALL religious faiths are also required to make such a disclaimer. No one expects that an alternate religion gift shop post a disclaimer such as this and we do not feel that a magickal supply store should be put in the position of claiming that our products are for entertainment purposes only when other religions are not also expected to do so.

ALLERGIES
The ingredients and oils used (where applicable) are listed on the tags of each item. If you have questions or concerns about the ingredients used before you make your purchase, please contact us. Each item is made in a smoke-free, pet-friendly home!

SO YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PURCHASE…NOW WHAT?
The next step is simply to enjoy it! But in doing so, we do have a few suggestions for caring for your artwork and keeping looking fabulous for years to come:

*All art purchased from Coffin Critters needs to be treated as and fine art or collectible piece. Keep out of reach of dogs and children. Keep away from direct sunlight, soil, moisture, and potential obstacles. Although some pieces purchased here may be fun and cute, none of them are toys and should be handled and treated accordingly.

*Polymer clay-Keep clay in a consistent and moderate climate. Extreme heat can cause clay to slightly melt, and cold can cause it to shrink and crack. Humidity can break down the integrity of the product by melting glues that may have been used.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
Contact Coffin Critters with any questions you may have. We are happy to answer them!
