I take payments only through Paypal or Etsy credit card.
I expect payment to go through in a reasonable amount of time. Send me a message if you expect a delay.
IMPORTANT! I will ship to the address listed on your Etsy order form if it is different from the one listed by Paypal unless otherwise notified. Please make sure this is the correct name and address.

I use ye olde first class mail for shipping unless otherwise noted. If you'd like something a bit nicer, let me know.

Shipping should happen within about a week, but life sometimes does intercede. If it seems to be taking a long time, send me a message, and I'll let you know what's going on!

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS: If you are an international customer and want an item, send me a convo. First class international shipping is usually cheaper, but may take a while to get there.
Refunds and Exchanges
I'm willing to do exchanges and refunds, but I will not refund shipping costs. Refunds will be given after I have received the item. It must be in it's original condition. I'll only take a refund for the month or so after you've received the item.

If for some reason you never receive an item or if it is damaged, please let me know and we'll work something out. It has sometimes taken a month for an item to show up in the mail. Damaged items can potentially be fixed, or some amount of refund may be in order. I may request a picture of the damaged item.
