If you are unhappy with any purchase, I will gladly take back any merchandise under these conditions:
• Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 DAYS of delivered shipment for a refund (all items are shipped with a tracking number). I will not take returns or exchanges after this time. Items must be returned within 5 DAYS of return request.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Items should be in their original condition and not worn.
• You will be responsible for the shipping and etsy charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise. If you have received damaged merchandise, please convo me and I will give you return instructions. Please do not mail any packages without contacting me first, as they will not be accepted.
• Please make sure to have a tracking number of the package because you may need to track your package to check the status. I cannot issue an exchange or refund until its arrival and I won’t be responsible for lost packages.
• Returns will be processed within 1 week of receiving the item.
• No refunds or exchanges on items that have been customized in any way.

Accepting Paypal orders only at this time

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). Any order that ships for less than the amount specified will be reimbursed or adjusted prior to shipping if possible.
