I have the honor of carrying medicine items of my own making and from cultural artisans, specializing in Shipibo and Andean traditional crafts and herbal medicines. My intention with my collection is to offer tools that help one feel more connection to the magic and medicine of the Earth.

In Aug 2015 I embarked on an extensive journey to one of the most remote places of the world, where the Amazon and Andes meet, to participate in the Paititi Institute's transformative 'Embodying True Nature' retreat. A prayer going into this experience was that a path become more clear on how I could support myself and be involved in something I cared about on a soul level. Through this prayer and journey, these traditional crafts came into my life. The Paititi Marketplace was born to support these weavers and ways and the institute’s work. Colibri was then created, combining these crafts along with my some of my other musings: herbal products, craft makings of my own, and also a platform for my healing work.

These items are medicine in themselves, carrying deep, sacred traditions and visions in each stitch. Your purchase supports the medicine people of Peru, the Paititi Institute and their mission of preservation of the Peruvian land and culture, and artists and those on a healing path making their own way in this world.

We craft our herbal products by hand and heart on the 40 acre property on which we are blessed to reside in the Foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range in Northern California. We wildcraft and grow many of the herbs we work with, using sustainable, and organic practices.

You can find our mobile shop on the road at west coast music and yoga festivals from the spring to the fall each year.
