After quitting a very demanding and stressful job, my desire was to spend more time in creative pursuits. I have always been a 'crafty' person, but I wanted to take my artistic endeavors one step up.

I opened my 'inkspired' shop on Etsy, and was pleased with its' success in offering recycled bottle cap magnet folk art, hand stamped and painted domino magnets, painted rock art and bead woven jewelry to my customers.

However I also have a love for and an addiction to all things paper!
Creating beauty out of things that would normally go into a land fill is very fulfilling for me. I feel a deep responsibility to our earth. So much of what is normally considered 'useless' can have a very happy renewed second or third life.

I was spending more and more time creating my Collage Art Dolls from all recycled junk mail. I felt they deserved their own spotlight, along with my Collage Paper Paintings, so I opened my "Collage Paper Painting" Etsy store.

For customers to find me more easily I have now combined my ‘paper arts ’ store with my other Etsy ‘craft’ store.

My art will continue to have a strong emphasis on recycling. I have recently branched out into blank note cards, and have had very positive responses with my test customers. Adding in recycled paper doll art and a dash of zentangle art cards, I love the audience that Etsy gives to my saved-from-the-trash-bin art. Each and every sale spreads a piece of my heart to my customers. What serendipity!
