The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I am not responsible for items that are damaged during transit. I cannot give refunds for items damaged in transit. If you receive items with any kind of damage from transit, it is up to the buyer to file a complaint with their local post office.
With international orders, I am not responsible for any damage done while in customs and no refunds will be made. If you receive a damaged item, please file a complaint with customs, as I can do nothing on my end.
If there are extra costs coming from your local laws in term of import tax,etc(pls check with your local laws). It will be borne by you. As far as I know, there are no extra charges from each local laws among european countries.
- Purchased items will be shipped within 5 business days after purchase.
- Once the items ship, please allow 5 to 7 days for item to arrive (please allow an additional week for international orders).
