Bought this collar for my Jack Russell puppy and it suits her perfectly! just the right size, color is just as pretty as it looks in the add and the quality of the leather is great! could not recommend more!

It is easy to open (so it won't strangle my cat) and it doesn't bother him at all. It is also really pretty.

This is a lovely collar, it fit just right and is sturdy yet flexible enough to be comfy ! The safety buckle breaks away properly when pressure is applied, but isn't flimsy enough to pop during normal wear. I was even able to attach the ID and bell my cat usually wears which I was pleased with. The item dispatched very fast and arrived in good time, earlier than expected! A great item and store, I would definitely buy again and recommend to friends.

Purchase this product during the beginning of the COVID pandemic. The seller was able to ship within three weeks of making the purchase, which is fine. I was expecting a longer time for the seller to ship the item to me. Once it reached the United States it sat with USPS for over a month. When I called USPS they were unable to locate the package and deemed it lost. They advised me to reach out to the seller to file a claim. The seller then was extremely rude and would not issue a refund. Very, very poor communication with the seller. I’ve then escalated the case with Etsy to be issued a refund since the product did not reach me. Etsy never communicated anything to me. Weeks went by still nothing from customer service. Weeks later I received the item out of the blue. The item is made poor and the gold hardware is tarnished.
