Ordering and Turnaround:
Collective Chaos is a custom design company and does not carry inventory. All of our orders, except couture and items in our clearance sections are made per order. Please note that our average turnaround is 2-4 weeks for the made-per-order items to ship. If you need an items by a particular date, please contact us to ensure precise delivery. Rush orders may include an extra charge, depending on the item, timeframes and our workload.

Sizes and Colors:
All of our items are made in standard XS-S-M-L-XL size format according to our sizing chart. And all of them can be custom sized for a reasonable custom fee.
Collective Chaos carries a wide selection of colors and materials in stock, as well as offers even more options through special order.

Custom Orders:
Collective Chaos gladly accepts custom orders for a service fee to be determined on per-project basis. Please contact us for details.

Please note that Collective Chaos will not reproduce or copy any other designer's work. References may be provided for inspiration and illustration, but we take pride in our custom unique design of items and expect the same treatment in return from other designers.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Returns and Exchanges:

Since we do not carry inventory and most of our items are custom made, Collective Chaos does not accept returns. All unworn items are subject to a 7 day exchange or alteration policy on defective items. Defective items constitute items that suffer from manufacturing defects or do not match the order specifications, in which case we will replace them free of charge or provide a store credit for goods to the same value. We cannot offer exchanges or store credit under any other circumstances, including mistakes in order that were of no fault of Collective Chaos or misuse of garments.

Collective Chaos GUARANTEES all our garments to last and fit, as long as correct size/measurements were provided and garments are properly cared for.
If you feel that your garment is defective, please notify us soon as possible.

Some individuals are sensitive and/or allergic to latex and/or rubber intended for extended skin contact. Such sensitivity and/or allergic reaction can be severe. Collective Chaos recommends the customer test a small patch of skin against the latex and/or rubber material before the purchase of the garment. Collective Chaos is not legally or personally responsible for any such sensitivity and/or allergic reaction the customer may experience as a result of wearing our garments.
Collective Chaos accepts all major credit cards, as well as paypal and all transactions are liable to their terms and conditions.
All transaction are secured by our merchant account provider or by paypal.
All prices marked are in US Dollars.
Our standard turnaround time for made-per-order items is 2-4 weeks to ship. 1-3 days for samples.

Most of our domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders can be expedited via USPS Express Shipping.
Special shipping services, if needed should be request by email or phone and will be billed to the customer separately.
Collective Chaos is not responsible for incorrectly provided shipping addresses and not liable for repeated shipping charges. In the event of goods damaged in transit, please contact the carrier to make an insurance claim.

All orders will ship in discrete, properly sealed, beautifully packaged with eco-friendly materials envelopes or boxes.

Sales Tax & Customs:
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of PA, USA.
Please be aware that Collective Chaos ships your international orders with taxes and duties unpaid. Depending on your country the item may incur customs charge upon delivery. Collective Chaos is not responsible for these charges, nor for reimbursement of items seized by customs. All duties must be paid by the customer in order to receive they garment. If the item gets returned to Collective Chaos, the customer is liable for repeated shipping charges.
