5 out of 5 starsI received this beautiful piece but I’m not sure how! The box was a torn, worn, ripped mess with some packing tape and not secure. I thought for sure this piece was broken. When I opened the box, this large, porcelain piece was on its side, and not secure. Very fortunately for me, it was NOT broken. I paid nearly $900 dollars for this item and expected more courtesy and professionalism when delivering upscale decorative pieces. Just be aware when you place your order!

Order cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a $25 restocking fee.

I cannot be responsible for the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. If your order is delayed because of a mail delay, I will provide the tracking information and I will assist to locate your package in as timely a manner as possible.
The USPS will not open a case about a missing 1st class package until it has been missing for 30 days & a Priority package for 7 days.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
First of all, I’m so sorry for any inconvenience. I try to package everything with utmost care and attention. I do not want your merchandise to be damaged!
If your order arrives damaged in shipping, please immediately photograph the damage as well as the packaging & any damage to the box it’s packed it. Please contact me immediately and send photographs of the damage. The shippers require that all packing and damaged merchandise will be kept for inspection for 30 days after a claim is filed. In purchasing from me, you agree to abide by this requirement. If this is a problem for you, I apologize. In that case, you are welcome to open a claim with the post office yourself. All orders are shipped insured, if you’ve got the tracking info, you can initiate a claim.
If you’d like me to initiate the claim, I will be happy to do so and will replace your merchandise when possible or refund your $ once the claim is settled by the shipping company. Failure to keep damaged merch and packaging for the required time may void your claim. I realize this is inconvenient & I will let you know ASAP when you can discard of it if it’s earlier than 30 days.

RETURNS
In the event a return is pre-approved, it must be returned within 3 days of delivery in THE ORIGINAL PACKING.

Please Note: you DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to pay with a credit card. Paypal will process credit card purchases, even for non-members. To pay using credit cards via Paypal when you don’t have a Paypal account:
