Welcome to ColorQuarry Custom Design and Letterpress paper goods! In addition to custom design invitations & birth announcements, i offer any of the existing listings in my shop as customizable, 'template-based' options. Feel free to select from any of the listings, and have me customize it with either your wedding or baby information! Please contact me for pricing on having me create a one-of-a-kind custom suite or customize an existing design for you!

Returns and exchange details
Because of the nature of our custom work, all orders are final and non-refundable. However, I want all of my clients to be completely satisfied with their orders, so if there is a problem of any sort, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to work with you to find the best solution possible.

Keep in mind that careful review of your proofs is the best way to avoid printing errors!
Payment
We accept payment via Paypal or via Direct Checkout on Etsy. No proofs, printing, or production can be done until payment is received and confirmed.

Please read the listing carefully. Since each job is custom, and may incur different charges (depending upon ink, foil, paper, etc), i prefer to quote each job individually. The listings in my shop are for a sample of that exact piece. I cannot refund money if you've purchased a listing, and asked that i customize it for 1 print. Due to the labor intensive nature of letterpress, printing any fewer than 50 would simply be too expensive, per piece.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping time for orders within the US is 2-3 days. Please let us know upon placing your order if you'd prefer expedited shipping and we can provide you with those shipping costs. If you require guaranteed delivery, please contact us to make proper arrangements.

Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed. ColorQuarry is not responsible in any way for shipping delays due to USPS, FedEx or UPS, and cannot offer refunds. Please allow ample time in ordering to ensure that you'll receive your package on time, even in the event of unexpected delays.

International orders are shipped via USPS International Express. Standard shipping time for these orders is often 3-5 days. However, due to customs, these shipments can sometimes take longer, so please order in plenty of time to avoid any issues if shipments end up taking longer. ColorQuarry is in no way responsible for longer shipping times due to customs.International orders may incur additional taxes or duties at the time of arrival at your country's customs office. These fees will vary based on the amount of your order and your country's policies. ColorQuarry is not responsible for reimbursing the buyer for taxes, duties or VAT in any way - all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

a bit about my design process...
After Ive provided you with a quote, if you'd like to move forward with an order, I will post a reserved listing for the full amount of what you'd like to order/ have printed. If you're having me customize an existing design, I ask that you send along the copy (ie. information) that you'd like placed. If you need help with wording, I would love to create some for you, but since its a rather personal thing, I usually ask you to provide it. If you're having a custom design created, I send along a consultation questionnaire via email. Its about 5 questions that help me hone in on the aesthetic you're looking for. After i receive your answers to the questionnaire, i start work on sketching/designing your invitation suite.It usually takes about a week until its designed and ready to send. When its completed, i email you a highres pdf of the design, in several different color options (if theres any particular color/color combinations youd like to see it in, just mention it in your questionnaire answers). At that point in the design process, we can discuss minor edits that you'd like done (ie. take out this design element, change this typeface, etc). Anything larger, or more significant in scope would require a discussion and possible additional design charges. If you've changed your mind and want to go in a completely new direction, we can discuss the price for multiple designs (this is rare, as i stress the need to be sure about what youd like included before i get started on the initial design, but i like to include this info, due to a couple of experiences when clients have requested multiple designs for one fee). Once I have final design approval from you, I ask that you review it one last time for any typos or incorrect information. This is important, as once it is sent to the platemaker, changes can no longer be made). Next, I send the file(s) to get magnesium plates made (used in printing). At that point, it takes about 2 weeks until theyre printed and ready to ship (due to the platemakers turnaround time, and the printing queue i usually have)...approximately 3 weeks in total from the start of design until they're printed and ready to ship!
