She reached out to me to check if I had really meant to order the item twice. She allowed me to substitute other items for the second one (two clip on tassels). The substituted items are also beautiful!

Sizing details
I size my bracelets according to the person's wrist size. Just measure your wrist and select your size. It's that simple. Don't over-think it. I use sizing mandrels. Even though I repeatedly make the same bracelets using the same leathers, I size each and every bracelet for each order. I take nothing to chance. I size for a snug, but comfortable fit. It shouldn't spin around and shouldn't stop blood flow! For example, I have a size 6 inch wrist. When I make myself a bracelet I select my size 6 inch mandrel. It measures 6 inches around the outside. I wrap the bracelet around, mark where the snaps are to go, attach the snaps, put the bracelet on, and smile - cuz it's a perfect fit and I now have a new bracelet :)

Care instructions
I use real leather and real cowhide suede. Leather can get damaged if wet. Do not wash your leather. Do not submerge your leather in water or liquid. If you do get your leather wet by accident do not put it in the microwave(lessons learned the hard way :() Just lay your item flat. Do not pull or stretch. When placing flat try to place item in the way you would like it to look when dry. For example if you got your leather bracelet wet try to absorb the excess water with a towel and then just lay it flat in a straight line. No bends anywhere and not crooked.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If buyer selects that item is a "gift" at checkout then I will not include an invoice in the package. I currently do not offer gift wrapping.
When are parcels deemed to be lost
Overseas packages can sometimes take up to 6 weeks to clear customs so please be aware if your items are taking a long time to arrive - this may very well be the cause. If there is duty to pay you will be contacted by the customs authority to pay the additional customs due. If item is returned unclaimed buyer will receive refund on purchase price, but not shipping. If items are damaged upon return then loss of value will not be refunded.
For USA shipments please contact me if you have not recieved item after 14 days so I can look into it.
What if I don't receive the item
If tracking shows delivered then buyer should contact their post office. I am not responsible for refunds or sending out another item(s) if USPS tracking shows delivered. My prevention advice: get a locking mailbox or get PO box.
If item is lost and not returned to me because buyer failed to give correct address I will not refund or ship out another item(s).
For USA shipments, if buyer does not receive package within 14 days please contact me.
For International shipments, if buyer does not receive package within 6 weeks, please contact me. I insure all international packages. International buyer will allow me 40-45 days to complete shipping insurance application and wait for my refund. Then you receive yours. Not any sooner.
What if I ordered the wrong size
Although I try to put in all my descriptions how important it is to measure your wrist, I understand if you need to return for another size. I size based on person's wrist size. Buyer will pay to ship item back. If I receive items back within 30 days undamaged, buyer will receive refund minus shipping paid by me. Buyer may then purchase again.
Who pays VAT?
I am a US Seller. Buyers from other countries are responsible and pay their countries VAT, import and customs fees. Please be aware that your country may impose VAT, import and customs fees on your package for you to pay. I will not mark customs shipping form as a gift. This is illegal. I am a business and I am not sending you a gift. You can mark your order as a gift during checkout, but all this means is that I will not include an invoice in package, as it suggests you are buying someone else a gift.
How soon will my order ship?
Please refer to the processing time during checkout. If processing time says 5-7 days for instance then it might just take me 7 days until I finish making your item(s) and ship out. This is an example - please refer to your items processing time. Processing time does not mean shipping time. It means the time it takes me to make your item(s). Some of my items are finished and ready to ship. In the description it will say this. If you do not see anything that says "This item is ready to ship", then please allow the processing time before you see that your order has actually shipped. All of the items in my shop are made by me. I work out of a spare bedroom that I refer to as the "studio". I live in San Diego, CA, USA.

What if item is returned to seller?
If package is returned to me unclaimed for any reason and package is unopened I will refund minus the shipping charges that I actually paid to ship the package to you.
