I've always loved wool, now I have lots to play with!
I live with my family on a smallholding on the edge of Dartmoor in Devon, England, and we keep pigs, turkeys, chickens, ducks and a small flock of sheep.
The prime reason for getting some sheep was to keep the pasture down, - it came as a pleasant surprise that there was wool too!
Over the years we have learnt how to wash, dye and card the wool, and then to spin, felt, needlefelt and knit and crochet.
I enjoy the sheep as much as their wool; they all have different characters and come up to me for pats, and I often have a flock following me as I walk the fields, and for us, it is important that the animals have a good life.
I dye the wool using commercial and natural dyes, and the wool from our coloured sheep is beautiful just as it is.
Everything in my shop is made from wool from our own flock. As my adventures in wool continue, more items will be brought out for sale.

Returns and exchanges
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations governing the EU, if for any reason you are not happy with your product and we cannot resolve the issue,I will ask you to return the goods in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt, and I will refund the cost of the goods. The cost of returning the goods to me will not be refunded.
If there is fault with the goods, I will ask you to return them and I will then issue a full refund including shipping.

Digital products:
You have the right to cancel your digital purchase up until the point the product is downloaded. Prior to download, I will issue a refund should you change your mind. By downloading the product within the 14 day period after purchase, you waive your right to cancel. Once the digital product has been downloaded, refunds cannot be issued. However, do contact me if there are any issues.
I don't anticipate a problem and will always work to resolve any that arise.

UK - estimate 2 days
non-UK - usually takes 7-10 days - can be longer .
Due to some extra security checks, some items can get held up for longer.
for larger items, please see individual notes. Please allow 3 weeks to avoid disappointment.
My items are usually below the tax threshold - but any customs liable or import duty are to be paid by the purchaser. All sales subject to UK and EU law.
Please allow extra time for shipping during times of public holidays and poor weather..
