I work hard at making my products and I take pride in creating things with meticulous craftsmanship. (Blame my Dad, I got it from him, he's the same way.)

Returns and exchanges
Please consider all sales are final. I work hard to make sure your product is made with a critical eye and meticulous hand. When the item leaves me, it is in exceptional condition. I can not be held responsible for loss or damage once it has left my hands. If you are concerned, please purchase insurance.

On the rare occasion, I will consider refunds, less shipping, within 30 days of the purchase date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and after the item is received, I will inspect it and issue a refund accordingly. Only items in new, unused, and undamaged condition will be eligible for a refund.
I expect payment or contact within 3 days of the sale. I will make every effort to contact you, but if you do not pay, contact me, or respond to my emails within 72 hours, the sale will be canceled and re listed.

I prefer PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay, and you can use your credit card and PayPal merely acts as the processor for me.

If you must pay by personal check, money order or bank check, I will accept them during rare and special circumstances. However I will hold your order until payment clears. If payment does not clear, your order will be canceled and I will re list the item.
I ship via USPS First-Class, usually within 1 or 2 days of your order. Most domestic packages arrive within 5 days, but sometimes longer. However please allow 14 days for delivery, longer for International orders.

If you would rather pay for another method, you can request alternate shipping on any item. You can ask prior to the sale, or I will send you a revised total and/or refund for any overpayment.

Insurance is not included, but available upon request.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you have a custom order idea, whatever it may be, don't hesitate to contact me. You are not obligated to purchase a custom item, unless it is an exceptional order of a large quantity or weight. I will request partial payment up front for large orders.

Regarding colors:
I have made every attempt to capture colors accurately, however your monitor may display colors differently than mine. Therefore I can not guarantee the color of the item and it may differ slightly in person.

My spinning fiber colorways are unique in that I custom blend my dyes just prior to dying and do not take notes. Colorways will never be duplicated exactly, even if they have the same name. If you need more than 4 oz of a colorway, I will do custom orders with a 10 day advanced notice. If you need more than 16oz, I will require 50% payment up front.

Products come from a non-smoking, pet friendly home, however efforts are taken to keep stray animal hairs at bay. Items are stored in plastic bags and/or bins until purchase.
