Are your Flower Essences authentic?

Yes, ours are authentic Flower Essences made to the precise instructions of Dr Bach, direct from the ‘Mother Essence’.

There are a handful of British companies who manufacture Bach Essences, of which we are one - regulated by BAFEP (the British Association of Flower Essence Producers). Therefore we, Creature Comforters, have our own labels and designs.

We are based by the English town of Cromer, where Dr Bach resided in the 1930s, and have been leading suppliers of genuine, high quality Flower Essences worldwide for over 40 years.

What are your delivery times?

Under normal circumstances:
Most parcels arrive within the UK within 1 week, after dispatch.
Most parcels arrive within 3 weeks to the rest of the world, after dispatch.

Please allow up to twice the estimated delivery times during unprecedented events such as a global pandemic.

Do you refund for damaged goods?

Yes.
In the highly unlikely event that your product arrives damaged we will request details and for you to provide photos of damage. In many cases the quickest and safest way to receive your refund will be for you to provide proof of disposal. In any case please contact us in the first instance to enable us to resolve the issue with you.

Are your products well packaged?

Yes, we take great care in wrapping all our products safely and securely to ensure they arrive in great condition.

Do you provide a tracking number for deliveries?

Yes, if you choose the tracked option when purchasing our products (which we highly recommend) then you will be supplied with a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your parcel's journey from us to you.

Do you send to PO Boxes?

No, sorry. In most instances our courier will not deliver to PO Boxes. We need you to provide a normal home or work address where it's guaranteed you will be there to sign for and receive your parcel at any time throughout the day (this only applies to larger more expensive items such as the Complete Kit in Wooden box)

Do you need my phone number?

In most cases no, in some cases yes. For example larger parcels (such as the Complete Kit in Wooden box) cannot be sent without your phone number (it is required by the courier). This aids a smooth delivery. Therefore please provide your phone number when purchasing large items such as this.

Do I have to pay import duties?

In some countries import duties will need to be paid by you. This is for more expensive items and varies from country to country.
When the parcel arrives at your border customs they may contact you about this. We can offer no further advice than what is written here.

USA customers: currently NO import duties will need to be paid for parcels worth under approx. $700.00.
