5 out of 5 starsBeautiful, exactly as pictured -- except possibly sweeter. Necklace was wrapped beautifully and included a personal note. I'm already loving wearing it.

5 out of 5 starsI bought these cufflinks as a gift, and they turned out far better than I expected. They have a good weight to them and are clearly very well made. I'm very impressed with the craftsmanship, and I would definitely order from CompassRoseDesign again!

We REALLY care about the history behind the objects - we do a lot of research to connect you to the story.
-
We did not expect to get to do what we love, collecting antiques and making wearable history.
-
Working with real Victorian keepsakes and antiques, we can honor and touch the skill of the craftspeople who made them.
-
Everything happens in our studio - we sort LOTS of vintage items discovered at markets and great-aunts' attics.
-
Lots of sparks and flame are involved - we solder whenever we can for lasting heirloom quality.

I've been making jewelry for 15 years with antique objects; their story and memory of fascinates me. I took apart my first pocket watch at 9. Both my father and granddad were dentists who made jewelry as a hobby - I still use their tools.

Johnny joined the company in 2011, helping out with soldering and photography. His love of railroad history has been a delightful addition to Creek's interest in Victorian everything. We work hard, but we love being an independent family business.
